Poloska Jama

Higher up in the karst mountains of the Triglav National Park near the town of Tolmin a large and diverse cave system was discovered. Chasms, meanders, tunnels and halls make up for more than 10 kilometers. For the adventurous spirits there is an extraordinary opportunity to traverse this cave system. A few hours of beautiful hiking above the Tolminka valley take us to the upper entrance: quite a squeeze. At the end of the day exiting back down where we started. A true through expedition. Some prior experience required.
